One of the biggest advantages of learning with ALGO+ is knowing you are not just learning theory. You are learning directly from a team that works hand in hand with Amazon. This month (November 2025) ALGO+ (the Spanish speaking division of ALGO Online Retail) partnered with the Amazon Mexico marketplace team to host an exclusive two day Amazon FBA experience in Mexico City that gave our sellers direct access to Amazon operations, real Amazon seller training and insights into how to sell on Amazon with confidence.
The purpose of this event was simple. We wanted to show the ALGO+ community how Amazon FBA actually works from the inside and how Amazon evaluates products performance and growth opportunities. Instead of teaching FBA from the outside we wanted our sellers to see Amazon’s systems in action and build their strategies based on real Amazon data and expertise.
Joining the ALGO+ team was Santiago Tellez, Co Founder and CEO of ALGO+ Mexico, who is leading the expansion of our education and community across Mexico. His presence reinforced our commitment to working closely with Amazon and bringing real marketplace insights to our sellers in Mexico, Canada, and the United States.
Day 1: Inside Amazon MEX6 Learning How Amazon FBA Really Operates
The first day took place inside Amazon MEX6, the largest Amazon fulfillment center in Mexico and one of the biggest Amazon FBA centers in the world. The ALGO+ team (led by Santiago Tellez), Amazon marketplace staff, and ALGO+ members toured the entire fulfillment center to understand the full FBA process.
Sellers watched how products are received, scanned, stored, picked and prepared for shipping. Seeing thousands of items moving through the fulfillment center helped sellers understand why Amazon emphasizes specific requirements for labeling packaging shipments and inventory preparation. These details have a direct impact on Amazon FBA performance and on the costs sellers pay in Amazon FBA fees.
The Amazon Mexico logistics team answered questions about fulfillment center operations, inbound shipments FBA fees inventory management and how Amazon evaluates the performance of sellers. Participants also packed a real product using Amazon’s exact FBA procedures, something that very few Amazon sellers ever get the chance to do.
This hands-on access gave our community a deeper understanding of what successful selling on Amazon requires and why proper Amazon seller training is so important.
Day 2: Strategy Workshop at Amazon Corporate in PolancO

The second day took place at Amazon’s corporate offices in the Polanco area of Mexico City where more than fifty ALGO+ sellers joined a private Amazon seller workshop led by Amazon Mexico’s marketplace team.
This session focused on real product opportunities inside the Amazon marketplace. The Amazon team shared insights about fast growing niches, high demand categories and product trends in both Mexico and the United States. Sellers learned what types of products are performing well on Amazon FBA, what customers are searching for and where Amazon expects strong growth in 2025.
The group also reviewed listing quality conversion factors and the key elements Amazon looks for in a successful product listing. Sellers worked in small groups to analyze their own products, understand their competition and create a clear plan for launching or scaling on Amazon.
Instead of guessing which products to sell on Amazon our community learned directly from Amazon employees who analyze marketplace data every day.
Why This Amazon FBA Experience Matters
Most people who want to learn how to sell on Amazon rely on videos or outdated tutorials. Very few ever see how Amazon FBA actually works behind the scenes. By partnering directly with Amazon Mexico, ALGO+ gives sellers the unique advantage of learning Amazon FBA from the source.
This experience confirmed what we teach in our Amazon seller training program. Sellers who understand the internal fulfillment center processes, who know how Amazon evaluates listings and who have guidance from Amazon marketplace experts perform better, make fewer mistakes and scale their Amazon businesses faster.
The ALGO+ Advantage for Amazon Sellers
Santiago Tellez’s leadership in Mexico strengthens ALGO+’s relationship with Amazon teams and ensures our training reflects real marketplace standards. By partnering directly with Amazon for events like this one we stay informed about changes in Amazon FBA logistics category trends and product opportunities.
If you want to learn how to sell on Amazon with the support of a team that understands Amazon FBA at every level this is the right place to start.
