Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Boss Worldwide, LLC (referred to herein as "ALGO"), has two clear refund policy's based on the scope of products and services purchased; 

 

1. Certain online purchases under $1,000 come with a 30-day action based guarantee. Payment pages for these purchases include details of the policy and require customers to confirm that they read and understand our 30-Day Action Based Policy. If within 30 days of purchase you have done all of the following tasks (and provide proof) and are unsatisfied with your purchase(s), we will refund 100% of your money.
- Watch all of the course material
- Set up Amazon Seller Account
- Set up business entity
- Research inventory from at least one supplier

2. Business to business payments greater than $2,000 for products and services such as consulting, business software, or advanced training ("Business Services") are governed by individually signed agreements between ALGO and the Purchaser. In general, or if no agreement was signed, for business to business payments greater than $2,000 made online or in-person, the "CLIENT COMPANY", MAY CANCEL ORDERS AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT NEW YORK TIME ON THE THIRD (3rd) BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THE PURCHASE OF BUSINESS SERVICES. To cancel, Client Company must call Customer Service at (845) 684-0531, or such other telephone number that ALGO designates to Client Company. By placing an order for Business Services, Client Company affirmed that the signer has the legal authority to purchase the Business Services on behalf of the Client Company. Client Company understood and acknowledged that ALGO is in no way affiliated with Amazon.com Inc., eBay, or other similar online selling platforms. ALGO is an independent company that is in the business of selling products and services to companies that sell online. Please refer to your signed service agreement(s) for more details on our business to business refund policies. 


 

Refunds for purchases made with credit or debit cards will be refunded based on your card issuer's policies. Refunds of purchases made by check, wire transfer, ACH, or cash will be refunded by check or wire at ALGO's absolute and sole discretion.
