Terms and Conditions for Inventory Reimbursement Eligibility. Subject to change at any time without notice

The ALGO Inventory Credit Giveaway is your chance to earn $200 or $500 back to help pay for your first Amazon inventory — just for taking action and getting your first sale after attending a qualified ALGO event.

 

Here’s exactly how it works and how to qualify 👇

How to Qualify

To be eligible, you must meet all of the following conditions:

 

1. Attend the ALGO Accelerator
 

  • You must be one of the first 200 people to register for either the July 12 & 13 or August 16 & 17,  2025 ALGO Accelerator, our live 2-day online event for new Amazon sellers.

  • You must attend for at least 3 hours per day on both Saturday and Sunday of the event you signed up for.

 

2. You’ve Never Sold on Amazon Before
 

  • This Giveaway is just for brand-new sellers. You must have never sold anything on Amazon before (not even one item).

 

3. Take Action Quickly
 

  • After the event, you must place your first Amazon inventory order within 45 days of the Monday following your Accelerator.

  • You must make your first sale within 60 days of that same Monday.

4. Join The Sellers Club

  • Once you get your first sale, you must apply and be approved for membership in the ALGO Sellers Club, before applying for your credit.

How Much Can You Get?

If you meet all the conditions and your application is approved:

  • You’ll receive $500 in Inventory Credit if you're an Elite Member (meaning you were enrolled in our Elite program at the time you apply).

  • You’ll receive $200 in Inventory Credit if you're a paid member of ALGO, but not in Elite.

 

💡 You must be an active paid member at the time of applying to qualify.

What Proof You’ll Need

To make sure everything’s legit, we’ll need the following:

1. A screen-share video showing your first-ever Amazon sale, inside your Seller Central dashboard. The video must clearly show:
 

  • That it was your first sale.

  • The date of the sale (to confirm it's within the 60-day window).

  • That it’s your account (not someone else’s).

 

2. A copy of the invoice you used to pay for your inventory order. The invoice must:

  • Be dated within 45 days of the Monday after the Accelerator.

  • Show your name (or business name) and the order total.

 

3. Tell us which Accelerator you attended and what dates.

How to Apply

Once you've completed your First Sale and joined the Sellers Club:

 

1. Email team@algoonlineretail.com with the subject: Inventory Credit Application – [Your Full Name]

 

2. Include in your email:

  • Your screen-share video (or a link to it)

  • A copy of your inventory invoice

  • The date of the Accelerator you attended

  • Whether you’re an Elite Member or a regular paid member

 

3. Submit your email within 65 days of the Monday following your Accelerator event.

 

4. Include your PayPal email address, so we can send your reimbursement if approved.

Other Important Details

  • This Giveaway is limited to the first 200 qualified people who register for the July or August Accelerator — so don’t wait!

  • You may only apply once.

  • All reimbursements are paid via PayPal only.

  • ALGO will review and approve applications at its sole discretion. If your proof is incomplete or doesn't meet the conditions, we may decline your request.

  • ALGO reserves the right to update or cancel the Giveaway at any time.
